The Health Services Report (HSR) 2.0 is PSI’s global clinical services and referral reporting tool based in DHIS2. Each month, all PSI countries providing clinical services report them into the Health Services Report, where they are aggregated regionally and globally to track PSI’s service delivery work across the organization’s social franchises, service delivery partners, and directly managed clinics. The Health Services Report 2.0 was launched as an updated version of the system in January 2017, with streamlined reporting requirements and new health areas for reporting, including:
• ART & PrEP
• Contraception
• HIV Testing Services
• Integrated Case Management of Childhood Illnesses (includes malnutrition, diarrhoea, and pneumonia treatment)
• Maternal and Newborn Health (includes ANC services, facility delivery, and neonatal/infant care)
• Malaria
• Non-communicable diseases (including cervical cancer, diabetes, and hypertension screening and treatment)
• Safe Abortion
• Sexually Transmitted Infections
• Tuberculosis
• Voluntary Male Medical Circumcision
• Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Services (includes toilet construction and fecal sludge management)
Service data from HSR 2.0 is also applied to PSI’s health impact models to estimate the impact of PSI’s work in Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALYs) averted and Couple Years of Protection (CYPs) provided.
