Submitting a video with a ticket
Below are the steps to attaching a video to your ticket.
- 1 Record the screen/video that shows where you are experiencing the issues and save it in a file on your computer.
- 2 Once you have saved the video in your computer, open the “Submit a Ticket” site on helpdesk. Click here to visit the ticket submission page.
- 3 Complete the required information.
- 4 Click on attach a file.
- 5 A pop-up screen should appear. This will allow you to search for the video file saved on your computer.
- 6 Look for the file, select it, and click the “open” button.
- 7 Your file should appear under the “Attach a file” button.
- 8 Review and make sure all required fields are complete.
- 9 Click submit!
- 10 Congratulations, you’ve now submitted a video along with your ticket!
